Petcover Makes Waves and Redefines Excellence at Insurance Industry Awards

Global Head of Marketing & Communications, Anna Hall has been crowned ‘Rising Star 2023’ by Broker Innovation Awards, for the second year in a row.

Going head-to-head with an amazing, experienced, and talented group of finalists, Anna’s dedication, and innovative approach to her role at Global Petcover Group came out tops at an award ceremony held in London on 7^th September 2023.

The Rising Star Award recognises people who have had an outstanding 12 months, demonstrating innovative practices that produce positive results; the awards also look for those who evolve from their original role and remit, whilst exemplifying best practice.

Anna said of her win, “Thank you so much to Broker Innovation Awards for recognising the hard work and dedication I have demonstrated in my role over the last 2 years.

“I am proud of what I have achieved whilst at Petcover and the positive changes I have made with the group marketing strategy that has in turn increased online sales. I am particularly proud of being the driving force to stabilise the company’s infrastructure, which in turn has improved the customer experience and stability of the company’s online presence.

“However, I could not have enjoyed the success over the last two years without my fantastic team, this win is as much for them as it is for me, I am so incredibly proud of each and every one of them.”

“The last year has been a challenging and exciting time for the Petcover Group, within which we acquired the mighty Brooks Braithwaite and the associated ExoticDirect brand, Anna was part of the project team and helped to drive the acquisition forward before the handover and then during.

“With the UK online experience improving tenfold under Anna’s careful watch, we have seen a massive increase in online sales and more importantly, improved experiences for the customer with the quote and buy systems, customer facing websites and now stabilising and improving the global databases.

“I cannot imagine Petcover without Anna in the Senior Leadership Team and look forward to a long working relationship with her.”
