Reports to: UK Marketing Manager

Fully remote, this exciting hands-on role requires an experienced Marketing Executive to drive end-to-end campaigns to continue the growth of the business.

Role:

• Plan, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads and action for B2C and B2B audiences
• Lead on digital marketing activity, including email marketing, SMS marketing, PPC campaigns, paid social media ads, and SEO. Working with external agencies as appropriate.
• Utilise data to build customer segmentations and targeting
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing activity and campaigns
• Create and design online and offline marketing materials to be used across channels. Working with internal designers as appropriate.
• Plan and create content for social media accounts and websites
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity
• Use CMS to update website content and optimise user experience
• Attend events in the UK when required
• Work closely with global teams to support regional marketing activities

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Educated to degree level in marketing or a related field (desired but not essential)
• Previous experience working within pet insurance or pet-related industry (desired but not essential)
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Competent in data analysis and proficient in tracking and reporting performance metrics
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills

• Able to work autonomously, whilst remaining engaged with the wider team

We are pet and pet business insurance providers and looking for a fantastic individual to join our team and to grow, expand and develop their skills as we launch and develop our brands across the UK and Europe.

This is a varied role that includes sales, customer service and administration.

• Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
• General policy administration
• Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
• Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
• Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
• Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
• Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
• Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within an insurance industry role
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer facing / support role
• Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• A CII qualification (desired but not essential)
