Terms and Conditions

1. There will be one winner of the British Pet Insurance Services Quote Completion Feedback Survey prize draw each quarter.
2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive one Amazon e-voucher to the value of £50.
3. Entry to the free prize draw is gained automatically when you complete the British Pet Insurance Quote Completion Feedback Survey.
4. You must be a resident in the United Kingdom and over 18 years old to enter.
5. British Pet Insurance Services will randomly select one winner via completed surveys and will formally notify the selected winner by e-mail.
6. Winners of each quarter are selected in the first week of the following quarter.
7. Prizes are delivered via email from marketing@petcover.uk.com
8. Each winner must then respond to the notifications as instructed by British Pet Insurance Services within 10 business days. If winners do not respond to our notifications within 10 business days, then that winner will forfeit all rights and entitlement to the prize and another winner will be selected at random.
9. British Pet Insurance Services reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe any winner has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
10. British Pet Insurance Services will not be liable for any prize which is lost, delayed, or non-redeemable for reasons beyond its control. British Pet Insurance Services does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
11. Any person entering the British Pet Insurance Services Quarterly Prize Draw will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and all entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid and no prize will be awarded.

16. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, and to have incorrect personal data about you corrected. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner.
17. Employees of British Pet Insurance Services and Petcover Group PLC., their agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter this giveaway.
18. British Pet Insurance Services’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The winner may not transfer the prize to any other person.
20. No alternative prizes are available and there is no cash equivalent.
21. Only one entry per policy type quote (cat/dog/horse/exotic/professional) per individual is permitted into each draw. Individuals who have completed the Survey will be entered into the prize draw each quarter until British Pet Insurance Services suspends or terminates the British Pet Insurance Services Quote Quarterly Survey Quarterly Prize Draw.
22. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, results and all other matters relating to the British Pet Insurance Services Quote Journey Survey Quarterly Prize Draw, the decision of British Pet Insurance Services shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
23. British Pet Insurance Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate the British Pet Insurance Services Quote Journey Survey Quarterly Prize Draw, or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason, without notification.
24. This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by UK law. The sole promoter of the British Pet Insurance Services Quote Journey Survey Quarterly Prize Draw is British Pet Insurance Services.
