BRITISH PET INSURANCE SERVICES WINS THE FEEFO GOLD TRUSTED SERVICE AWARD FOR 2021.

The Feefo Trusted Service Awards are based on real customer feedback and formally recognise service providers for their commitment to outstanding customer service. The Feefo Trusted Service Awards have been awarding businesses delivering exceptional service since 2014.

Andy Pearce, Chief Executive of British Pet Insurance Services and the global Petcover Group (of which British Pet Insurance Services is a part) commented: “We’re absolutely delighted to receive this award from Feefo. This award has even greater significance for the British Pet Insurance Services team following another challenging year. Research undertaken by Feefo has indicated that online feedback for businesses has increased significantly since the beginning of the global coronavirus pandemic. Customers are now 40% more likely to leave feedback after a purchase. And 43% of customers now hold the belief that companies have become less effective at addressing negative feedback in the 12 months.

The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is a welcome indication to their customers that British Pet Insurance Services are continuing their reputation for outstanding service in the pet insurance industry.
