Customer feedback survey prize draw
- Complete our customer feedback survey during the promotional period to be entered into a prize draw to win one (1) £100 Amazon Gift Card. One completed survey equals one entry.
- The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 12th May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 20th May 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be included.
- Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have recently visited or interacted with British Pet Insurance. Only fully completed surveys will qualify for entry.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The winner will receive one (1) £100 Amazon Gift Card. No cash alternative or prize substitution is available.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, British Pet Insurance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
