The British Pet Insurance Team travelled to Staffordshire County Showground on Saturday 15th July 2023 to attend the Hound Show 2023.
Sadly the weather forecast was a complete wash out, and so the normally open air show was moved inside the halls, however, this did not dampen the camaraderie and competitive spirit from the hundreds of dogs entered into the Hound Association’s flagship show.
From miniature Dachshunds to towering Irish Wolfhounds, proud owners paraded their companions off to perfection in the show rings spread across Bingley Hall. Studious judges took care in examining their subjects both up close and as they moved around the rings.
Bursts of applause could be heard as judges declared their winners to the crowds watching on.
Very well done to all of the stunning Best in Show winners; but we all know that each and every one of the exhibitors took the best and goodest boys and girls home at the end of the day.
